Refund policy

Your guarantee

Standard is covered for 30 days. PRO is covered for 90 days. If the nose warmer isn't what you expected, you can ask for your money back within that window.

How to request a refund

• Email luis@klenovausa.com with your order number and the reason.
• We reply within 1 business day with the instructions.
• Once the item reaches us, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Conditions

• The item needs to come back in a condition we can accept, with its original packaging and accessories.
• For hygiene reasons we can't take back a unit that's visibly used or damaged, unless the fault came from the factory.
• If it arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we cover the return shipping. That one is on us, not on you.
